Piers has extensive market research experience in the UK and Asia, supporting diverse organizations. He has developed proprietary research methods focused on brand equity, customer experience, and consumer motivation.

As a former President of the Market Research Society of Singapore, he frequently speaks at industry events. Piers pioneered the annual International Schools Brand Equity study and has advised over 40 schools in their marketing and strategic planning.

His direct involvement in every project guarantees that clients receive the most effective solutions, accurately identifying key areas for investigation to meet the specified objectives, all delivered with enhanced insight in user-friendly deliverables.

Joy Ngiam

Operations Director

Joy brings nearly 20 years of market research experience, focusing on operations, client relations, and vendor management.

She oversees the firm’s research projects across various sectors, ensuring quality and reliability.

Working closely with leadership, Joy supports growth by meeting evolving client needs.

She also manages specialist research panels, including expatriate families and senior decision makers across industries, contributing to strategic initiatives such as international school studies, financial services research, and the global Purchase Managers Index (PMI).

Matt is an expert in B2B research with extensive experience spanning various markets and industries. Matt efficiently oversees global research projects and has professional experience living and working in both EMEA and APAC regions.
